The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted

Refund  Policy

Once a member up takes a product package memberships have a no refund policy due to the nature of our legal services. Services are offered on a retainer month to month basis and can be canceled without charge at anytime. 

Cancellation & Replacement Policy

You can cancel your membership at any time by logging to our site portal and changing your preference by clicking unsubscribe. 

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Intellectual Property

You agree not to , duplicate,resell, or reproduce or any part of the services and information , without express written permission by us.

Code of Conduct

The Law Clinic has a duty to abide and represent the Ethical code of conduct and Principles embodied by the Regulations and statutory bodies regulating Lawyers and Legal Institutions in South Africa.
